Brief Description:

EAA/IMC Club and EAA/VMC Club, through the EAA's global Chapter structure, provides organized "hangar flying" focused on building flying knowledge and skills.  The program's network promotes a safety culture through continued education and believes that we develop safety and proficiency through education and real life experience. 

This interactive two-hour meeting will include
2 VMC questions and discussion and 1 VMC "What would you do?" video
2 IMC questions and discussion and 1 IMC "What would you do?" video
Topical discussions of current events - Two recent aviation accidents & Runway Safety
What to expect during an FAA "Ramp check"

This two-hour event is sponsored and hosted by the EAA Chapter 977 and the Orlando FSDO FAA Safety Team.

What is the EAA/IMC Club? 

EAA/IMC Club is the brainchild of Radek Wyrzykowski, Instrument and Multi-Engine Instructor.  As a flight instructor in Norwood, Massachusetts, Radek developed a volunteer mentor program to help instrument pilots improve their proficiency, and they loved it.

Who can attend?

You don't need an instrument rating to attend.  This meeting is open to EAA Chapter 977 members and Cannon Creek Airpark pilot-residents.
