Loss of Control is on of the main factors in aircraft accidents. Come and learn some of the causes, then how to avoid them.
This Loss of Contr I presentation will cover the problem areas that pilots face during every flight. The aerodynamics of flight and related human factors that leads to inadvertent stall/spins. Accelerated stalls, uncoordinated stalls and spins will be explained. A review of Angle of Attack indicators (AOA) an how they can help identify and prevent Loss of Control accidents.
A discussion of an number of representative accidents from the NTSB files and investigations will include Mooneys, C172, PA28, BE36, and SR22. These accidents just hi-lite the fact that it is not just Mooney pilots that get caught
