CFIs in the Accident World

Speaker(s):
Greg Feith
Brief Description:

Just as in life, we are constantly subject to a learning cycle that that has a foundation based on the quality of the mentors we learn from.  Mentors committed to sharing their wealth of knowledge and their time tested ability to evaluate the skills and knowledge of our future generations of pilots.

 We will look at aviation training, evaluating, and examining within the industry and the effects dwindling mentorship has had on the recent and potentially future accident rates. We will discuss solutions and bring forward thought provoking conversation during this interactive presentation.
