Brief Description:

An Introduction to International General Aviation is intended for all individuals and the associated aviation industry operating within the U.S. and those who conduct operations outside the U.S. regardless of short or long term.
Attendees can gain a perspective in several areas regarding international requirements and their effect on various areas of the aviation system within the U.S. In addition, they could gain an understanding on what responsibilities are in several areas regarding the operation of aircraft in other sovereign nations. The session will include a discussion on FAA regulations and international obligations, the Convention on International Civil Aviation, and the International Civil Aviation Organization Annexes which directly relate to the aviation activities we enjoy today and in the future.

The FAA Safety Center is centrally located on the EAA AirVenture grounds on the South side of the control tower.  We are the large tan building with the rooftop deck facing the runway.  Forums entrance is on the west side of the building.
