This presentation is by Shelly Lesikar DeZevallos Ed.D., President of West Houston Airport, and Woody Lesikar, West Houston Airport manager. They will present the series of events leading to the fatal accident of N501CE that occurred on April 22, 2019 near the Kerrville Municipal Airport. This case study will include a comprehensive assessment of the circumstances and conditions that caused the heartrending loss of six lives.
