FAA's Air Traffic Organization (ATO) organizes Runway Safety Action Teams (RSAT's) at Towered airports. These RSAT's collect safety data related to runway utilization and operations at those airports. Your local RSAT Team is preparing to hold its next meeting to debrief the public on what they have achieved since their last public meeting. The meeting is expected to last about one (1) hour. Discussions will cover pilot deviations, runway incursions, safety enhancements, and future plans. Public welcome! Seating is very limited, and pre-registration is strongly encouraged in this FREE presentation!

The purpose of this RSAT meeting is to unite those individuals and organizations that are actively involved in air traffic operations and movement of aircraft, vehicles, and equipment on the Airport Operations Area (AOA). We look for participation from all major airport interests including tenants, fixed base operators, airport operations, and maintenance personnel. Participants are asked to help develop recommendations and solutions to enhance surface safety. Those recommendations serve as the foundation for a site-specific Runway Safety Action Plan. You are cordially invited to join us. Your participation is important and your input is welcomed.
