Using 91.103 as a guide, we will discuss the actions required for flight planning to be legal and safe in given situations. Including an overview of where to locate information on weather, airport information, airspace, airplane performance and more! 

This seminar will give a better understanding on the basic knowledge you have gained with your pilot experience. Helping you become a better and safer pilot. A legal and safe pilot, is the best pilot.
