Starting approximately August 1, 2011, Portland International Airport (PDX) South Runway (10R/28L) Rehabilitation 2011 - Phase II will begin. The eastern most 5000 feet of PDX Runway 10R/28L will be available for limited operations. Rwy 28L will be used for arrivals and departures and Rwy 10R will be used for departures only (arrivals prohibited). PDX Runway 03/21 will be closed to arrivals and departures and used for taxi-only operations except in the area where it crosses Rwy 10R/28L (barricaded).
