Portland FSDO FAASTeam Program Manager, Jim Hultgrien, will review an aircraft accident and how human factors played a key role in the cause of this accident. The FAASafety.gov website has a new look and there have been some changes to the WINGS Program based on user input. There will be a review of the FAASafety.gov website and WINGS.
