The Northwest Mountain Region FAASTeam Program Managers would like to congratulate Mary Schu from Portland, OR for being selected as the National FAASTeam Flight Instructor of the Year. She will receive an all expenses paid trip to the EAA Air Venture in Oshkosh, WI during the week of July 20 - 26 2015 where she will be presented the award. Mary's dedication to General Aviation and her willingness to sacrifice her time towards the enhancement and promotion of safety were a major part of her selection. All of us at Flight Standards , especially the Northwest Mountain Region, are grateful for her efforts to make general aviation safe and fun.
