EX: "Holding short Runway 8 at Charlie, N123"

3 Elements for reading back runway/waterlane assignment when taxiing for departure:

1. Runway/waterlane assignment

2. Call sign

3. Hold short instructions, if given

EX: "Runway 26 at Foxtrot, N123"
