This Letter to Airmen serves as noticeof changes in FAA policy for the dissemination of Letters to Airmen(LTAs). LTAs will now be disseminated via a web client application,which will become effective February18, 2014.All current and future LTAs will be available at the website below.They will no longer be distributed via prior means (i.e.US Postal Service, email or bulletin board postings). Letters to Airmen will be available via the following web URL:

This LTA cancels the following LTA’s: (Cancellation effective Feb 18,2014) P31 LTA 13-01 VFR Practice Areas is canceled and replaced with: LTA-P31-2 VFR Practice Areas
P31 LTA 13-02 VFR HELICOPTER SIGHTSEEING OPERATIONS IN THE VICINITY OF GULF SHORES/JACK EDWARDS AIRPORT (JKA) is canceled and replaced with: LTA-P31-1 VFR HELICOPTER SIGHT SEEING OPERATIONS IN THE VICINITY OF GULF SHORES/JACK EDWARDS AIRPORT (JKA).
