This flight advisory will serve as notice of a new and potentially hazardous activity within an existing Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) and/or Altitude Reservation (ALTRV) on the north end of the Island of Guam. This activity consists of radar emissions that pose a significant hazard to any aircraft that enters the temporary flight restricted airspace. The hazardous activity is wholly contained within the TFR and will not impact operations outside the TFR boundaries. Pilots should exercise extreme caution when operating in the vicinity of this airspace and avoid entering the TFR. Notify air traffic control immediately if you are unsure of your position relative to the TFR. Pilots should check NOTAMs frequently due to possible changes to the shape and altitudes of the TFR.
