Westchester Tower Letter To Airmen 13-1

Subject: Tower Non-Visible Areas

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this letter is to provide information concerning non-visible areas from the control tower for Westchester Airport.

INFORMATION:

Use caution because the following areas are not visible from the Westchester Air Traffic Control Tower:

   1. The approach end of runway 34 while aircraft are on a half mile to a mile and half final.

   2. Taxiway "Lima" in the extreme western edge at the approach end of Runway 34.
