SUBJECT: ELMIRA AIRPORT MOVEMENT, NON-MOVEMENT AND AREAS OF NON-VISIBILITY AREAS.
CANCELLATION: March 31, 2015.
1. MOVEMENT AREAS: Movement areas, depicted in Attachment 1, include all runways and taxiways, which are utilized for taxiing, take-off and landing of aircraft. No aircraft, vehicle or pedestrian should operate on a movement area without first establishing two-way communications and receiving approval from the Control Tower or prior coordination has been effected with the Control Tower. 2. NON-MOVEMENT AREAS: Non-Movement areas, depicted in Attachment 2, are all ramps, loading areas and all other areas exclusive of taxiways and runways which are used for taxiing, takeoff and landing of aircraft and any area that may be temporarily closed by airport management. 3. AREAS OF NON-VISIBILITY: Due to obstructed vision, the Elmira Control Tower is unable to provide airport traffic control or advisory service in areas depicted in Attachment 3.
