Brief Description:

Jim Steele, a highly experienced corporate jet captain and FAASTeam Lead Representative, will share experiences from his flying career and lead our discussion about the critical importance of CRM - Cockpit Resource Management. In addition to hearing how this concept works in multi-crew aircraft, we will discuss how Single-Pilot Resource Management applies to our flying in light aircraft.
