Title:
Safety- Neither a Goal nor a Priority
Topic:
1 Hour Session on Safety
Date and Time:
Tuesday, March 5, 2019, starting at 13:15 Eastern Standard Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
George Santos
Brief Description:

Situations, organizational needs and consequently priorities, change in line with the prevailing business environment. Thus, safety needs are not to be considered as mere priorities or goals which change, but as innate/integral cultures, without which we are unable to operate – an integral part of the operational process. Maintaining an effective safety tenet is therefore the responsibility of all levels of organizational authority, in all directions of the local hierarchy flow. The session would establish a pragmatic understanding of how to develop the culture appropriate to individual organizational needs.
