Brief Description:
This is the 1st of 3 seminars.  This seminar was developed by local flight instructors, FAA flight Inspection personnel, Oklahoma TRACON , and FAA procedures development personnel.

Seminar #2 will be held September 27, and seminar #3 on November 1st.

 Everyone is welcome, and an instrument rating is not required (you will be surprised at how much we have not been taught).
