Additional Event Information & Acknowledgement of Industry Sponsor(s):

*This seminar is being sponsored by CAE Global Academy (CAE). We'd like to recognize Gary Morrison, CAE Center Manager; Joshua Parriott, CAE Safety Officer and Emily Richardson, CAE Administrative Assistant for their personal contributions to the AZ FAASTeam.  They provide facilities, personnel, and logistical support for FAASTeam seminars.

*Seminar is designed to also concentrate on affects of airport surface safety.   The program will identify problem areas and procedures that have led to surface incidents and incursions at Falcon Field.  AZ FAASTeam members and flight instructors will discuss the specific areas that have historically been problem areas or hot spots for surface navigation problems.  All pilots, tenants, and students that operate at Falcon Field are also welcome and encouraged to attend.  We'll also focus on aspects of Helicopter surface safety and will be tailored to the Falcon Field operating environment.

*See additional pdf attached for a PDA Flyer & Personal Minimum Worksheet*

Pilot airspace deviations continue to be a major risk in the national airspace system.  To reduce the chance that you might be involved in an airspace deviation incident, you are highly encouraged to take an on-line learning center course on www.faasafety.gov.  Or search the learning library for associated guidance on airspace incursions.  Remember, safe and prudent airmen have superior situational awareness and have a plan to keep it that way.

Thanks!  A message from your local FAASTeam.
