Title:
March 20 (Wed) 7:00pm Multi-Engine Flight:Why? What? How?
Topic:
An info session about multi-engine training.
Speaker(s):
Linda Monahan
Brief Description:
Most pilots find the process of getting their initial Private Pilot certificate an adventure, and that's for learning an aircraft with only one engine. Imagine the thrill of operating with more than one powerplant? More than two?If you are curious about the next level of engine and aircraft mastery, you are invited to attend a Multi-Engine seminar given by
Linda Monahan, Designated Pilot Examiner, and Gold Seal CFI, CFII, and MEI. In this informative seminar, she will discuss the reasons that drive pilots and airplane manufacturers into adding more engines to airplanes, the issues that arise when operating more than one powerplant, and the course of training that gives pilots the skills they need to safely operate in a multi-engine class airplane. It turns out that there are many paths to a multi rating, some you may be surprised by. More than with other certificates and ratings, the pilot has a number of options in the path they choose to get the rating.
Why get a multi ratings? What does it mean? How do I get it? All of this and more at this information event.
