Experience + Analysis = Situational Awareness.  Spend the evening taking a new look at an old subject -- Aeronautical Decision Making -- and learn a few tips that might improve your personal skills.  Following this will be an informative discussion on the benefits of scenario based training that will be of interest to pilots with any certificate or rating, be you private pilot or CFI.
