Brief Description:
This CFI workshop is the 6th of 8 quarterly workshops sponsored by the FAA Safety Team. The goal of this workshop is to reduce the risks of accidents due to improper takeoffs, landings, and loss of aircraft control during low altitude maneuvering. Factors affecting operational limits and recognizing how these factors affect aircraft capability will be discussed.

FAASTeam CFI workshops are planned in a 2 year cycle starting in October, 2008. The are 8 workshops with the subjects changing quarterly. After completion of the workshop cycle (1-8) the workshop cycle will repeat beginning with workshop 1.

You may begin any quarter at any workshop. Attendance at workshops 1 thru 8 in any order and completion of all 8 core topics modules will be considered a completed workshop cycle.

Completion of all 8 workshops over the 2 year cycle qualifies for renewal of a non expired CFI certificate.
