Additional Event Information & Acknowledgement of Industry Sponsor(s):

Our thanks to Legacy Aviation for the use of their facility and to Scott D. Johnson and Tyra Cerny of LSA North for their efforts in presenting this important information to Flight Instructors and Pilot Examiners.

The ultimate goal of the FAASTeam CFI/DPE workshop is the enhancement of communication and standardization resulting in an increase in aviation safety. This goal is best served when we are able to combine our community's resources, talent and information to target areas of pilot skills and knowledge where accident statistics and causal factors suggest there is a weakness. Together the CFI and DPE community can create a team approach to sound judgment regarding comprehensive pilot training.
