Brief Description:
Whether you're completely new to aviation or have flown aircraft before, Sport Pilot is the new way to fly that is easier, more affordable, safe, and loads of FUN! Sport Pilot enables enthusiasts to learn to fly and gain access to aircraft in half the time and for half the cost of previous alternatives. This seminar will cover the sport certificate requirements and planes available.

Drive north out of Ithaca on state route 13 and watch for signs for the airport (Warren Road) This is a left (north) Continue about a mile then turn right into the airport on Brown Road. This is a 4 lane, pass the airline turn and the rd. will be two lanes again; East Hill is first building on your left.

Sport flying offers amazing diversity from powered parachutes to state-of-the-art glass panel cruisers. This seminar will cover the rules for certification and you can try on three different sport planes: CT-SW LSA from Flight Design, a Jabiru 230, and a legacy sport 7AC Aeronca Champ.
