"Maneuvering flight" is now in the second position as a killer of pilots and their passengers. Many pilots equate maneuvering flight with buzzing or making an uncoordinated, steep turn from base to final, but maneuvering flight involves much more. Every flight requires maneuvering and therefore poses risks.
This seminar will explore those risks, some rather insidious, and examine ways to minimize them. Actual accident reconstructions will be used in the discussion.
This event is sponsored by the FAASTeam and the Rochester Flying Club. The Rochester Flying Club has generously donated the refreshments for the meeting.
Don't miss this highly interesting and informative safety meeting presented by featured speaker Gene Benson! Remember, only you can choose to be a safe pilot. Participation in a recurrent training program is essential to safe aviation operations
