Brief Description:
Open to all aviation technicians, pilots and students. Local IAs, domiciled in Dallas/Ft. Worth FSDO, may complete hours and receive certification onsite. Pilots, technicians and students are encouraged to attend any or all sessions to increase their knowledge and receive AMT and/or WINGS credit. These sessions include current technologies, regulations, safety and best practices for AMTs and Pilots. Training sponsored by AWAM (Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance). www.awam.org

Hourly educational seminars in accordance with Title 14 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 65.93 meeting IA Renewal requirements and hours applicable toward the Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Awards Program and Wings credit. Each session starts on the hour throughout the day. Attend for one hour, multiple sessions, or the complete 8-hr day. Additional information and the proposed schedule are attached.
Door Prizes will be awarded. WAI Conference Exhibit Hall entrance free to attendees on Thursday, March 8th, with an AWAM 2012 Course Completion Certificate.
